Go to http://www.mlsstratus.com/Login.asp

Login with your user ID & password

Go to the Add/edit tab

Click the limited Title, Co, Open Mortgage/Lien Searches link

Enter the ML # you would like to order searches for, then click continue…(see figure below)

Follow the steps on the mlsli.rpdata.com website

You will also be able to order searches after submitting a listing (see figure below)
Searches are paid at the time of ordering your searches online with any credit card. We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover card.
When you set up your account with RPT Data you will be asked to select a delivery method. We will email or fax any completed search to the designated email address or fax number you provide. We also provide you with the option to download work directly from our site.
The majority of municipalities throughout the State of New York charge a fee in order to obtain information from local building departments. These fees are set by the local building department to cover processing and copy costs for Certificates of Occupancy and Building Permits.
